- Added icon functionality for Quest opponents (just put a ~100x~100 sized jpeg of the opponent's name (minus the number) in /res/pics/icons, e.g. "Bart Simpson 3"
...
would use a "Bart Simpson.jpg" filename).

Added 'setKickerAbility' for our other two Kicker cards (Conquerer's Pledge and Gatekeeper of Malakir) which should allow them to work with Cascade now. Corrected a mistake in playSpellAbilityForFree.

Angelsong displays the spell description twice. Removed the description form cards.txt and kept the coded description for the cycling ability. The cards.txt entry is moved to top of file.

2) Updated the 3 difficulty files.
3) Added these 3 decks to the Opponent Deck description via String Builder. The tab settings look correct on my Mac but they may not line up with the Windows OS.

Made a number of AI combat improvements:
...
- Computer should take into account creatures with trample now, when blocking.
- Computer will not care about human attackers the next turn quite as much, hopefully this will prevent the AI from stopping to attack altogether if it's low on life.

2) Tweaked the land-searching functions to reuse code for Expedition Map.
3) Initial fix for the human player for Cascade and Burst Lightning. A larger-scope fix including all Kicker cards, Buyback cards, and the AI will be added later.
