4f76ffa296 Added SetInfoUtil class for set lists and cross-reference with set codes. 
Bugfix in ReadCard - substring for SetInfo.

0ea50b8d71 - I commented out the original CardFactoryUtil.upkeep_Wolf_Skull_Shaman() code block and pasted my own version right above the original version.
