- Added global options to control the min CMC the AI would use permission against (disabled in both default profiles at the moment).
...
- Implemented some simple AI for Daze and Force of Will such that the AI does not waste them so much on every single opportunity (quite basic, needs further expansion).
- Fixed Force of Will disappearing from the AI card pool when it was trying to cast it without having a valid blue card to exile in hand.
- Marked Daze and Force of Will as AI-playable (should at least be more or less on par with other permission for the most part).

- Added some sacrifice prioritizing to Desecration Demon (but still not sure what is best - let the AI deal with a persistent 6/6 flyer or risk pumping it up a bit but keep it in check for a while in presence of several weak creatures, could use improvement).

- Added AI logic to play a simple Illusions-Donate Trix deck.
...
- Added a quest opponent The Great and Powerful Trixie 4, a mono blue Trix combo deck with Illusions of Grandeur and Donate and a wide array of permission. It may be a little haphazard and not always very consistent, but it does beat many hard and very hard opponents with a decent chance.

- A [hacky] fix for Detonate that only allows targeting CMC 0 artifacts if Detonate is cast without mana cost (e.g. on Cascade) with X=0.
...
- Ideally should be done via Annouce$ X by announcing X before starting to cast the spell and presetting it to 0 when cast without mana cost, but that causes massive issues with the AI.

- Rewrote the cards that used RememberedController (from LKI) but do not care about the destruction of the creature to use TargetedController instead.
