Expanding my Innistrad further. new enemies. New maps. Second biome is partially populated. Everything is contained to innistrad plane, so should have no impact on the main game outside that plane.

clean up: remove obsolete GitLab templates

The project moved to GitHub almost a year ago.
Having duplicated, unmaintained templates will generate problems in the
future. If needed, they can always be retrieved from the commit history.
