DRC	a62895265f	Fix JPEG spec references per ISO/ITU-T suggestions ... - When referring to specific clauses, annexes, tables, and figures, a "timed reference" (a reference that includes the year) must be used in order to avoid confusion. - "CCITT" = "ITU-T" - Replace ambiguous "JPEG spec" with the specific document number.	2018-07-24 18:43:49 -05:00
DRC	e5eaf37440	Convert tabs to spaces in the libjpeg code and the SIMD code (TurboJPEG retains the use of tabs for historical reasons. They were annoying in the libjpeg code primarily because they were not consistently used and because they were used to format as well as indent the code.
