- Java: "decompress operations"="decompression operations"

- tjLoadImage(): Error message tweak

- Don't mention compression performance in the description of
  TJXOPT_PROGRESSIVE/TJTransform.OPT_PROGRESSIVE, because the image has
  already been compressed at that point.
