Krazy 6382dbbe76 Fixed printsheets. A bug was preventing anything other than same-set cards from appearing in any separately defined printsheets, which broke booster packs for sets such as Fate Reforged and Dragon's Maze that contain cards from other sets. Also corrected the Fate Reforged booster format to include some KTK dual lands and to not put common dual lands into the commons slots.
