Removed from file: Hard-coded meta, exhaustive deck listing

Quest decks update: all meta for battle decks is now contained in [metadata] section.
DisplayName field added to decouple file name from display.
All 272 quest battle decks now contain:
[metadata]

Icon=
Comment=
[main]
