*Renamed "Triggering" to "Triggered" in defined- and calculateAmount-frameworks for uniformity.
...
*Removed superfluous running of Blocks-triggers.
*Added the ability to specify a trigger as "Secondary" which will cause it's Description not to show up in the card's text box but still in confirmation for optional triggers. Looks alot better than splitting up the trigger description over triggers when several are needed.

*Added Cycled trigger mode. It's not perfect yet, due to how cycling works in forge. It should go on the stack on top of the cycling SA but currently only goes on when the cycling SA resolves.
