* - Don't ignore card restrictions.

* - Minor refactor.

* - Minor refactor.

* - Hook up the code to two more reward types.
- Fix imports.

* - Restore StaticData.instance() calls.

* - Avoid generating land pools from all sorts of sets.

* - Ensure same set for basic lands

* - Avoid excessive duplicate cards in "All Card Variants" mode
