6f13aa4724 [Android] Android 11+ mandatory use of app-specific directory (obb) 
- before migration to obb folder, run Forge first and let it download and install necessary files. If Forge is not running (after Android 11 update, white screen bug), disable storage permission and enable storage permission again for Forge. After succesful run, exit Forge then copy your existing Forge folder to Android/obb/forge.app (as suggested by CptKird).

c3dd154ef5 Fix duplicate dependencies 
-xstream greater than 1.4.9 needs higher android.jar (would remove support for devices lower than Android 8 unless we use the java 7 variant), latest guava and maybe other higher libs needs desugaring for android to work.

e80d6d66d0 Update Libgdx Dependency 
-update to 1.9.11, and use specific nightly build for gdx (pre 1.9.12, fixes for glyph, etc..) for mobile version (newer nightly build than August 13, 2020 changed the android path so unless we adopt scoped storage, we can't upgrade to newer libgdx versions)
