1) The spell description for Lull was being displayed twice in the card detail panel. This is now fixed. Removed the description from the cards.txt entry. Verified that the choose window displayed when this card is cast displays both the spell and cycling text strings.

2) The cards.txt entry for Lull moved to top of file.
