update Assets

- load bitmapfonts to assetmanager
- load adventure skinfile to assetmanager
- update ondestroy on android to dispose assets
- fix confirmpayment on mobile not displaying card images on hidden zone (ie shocklands that were put into play from library to battlefield)
- increase pagesize for CJK Fonts
