- added LQ pic url for Callous Giant

- changed LQ pic urls to www.magickartenmarkt.de for these cards: Phytohyrda; Charging Bandits; Lurking Nightstalker; Wei Ambush Force and they will now download a usable jpg
- Removed the NOTE from lands with cycling
